Kissing: Rex is wearing a ventilator at all times, so to kiss him, you'll probably have to take it off, which will make him very unhappy. BUT YOU CAN KISS HIM, SURE.
Smut: Rex is a virgin :V But if things head down that path, sure. I tend to prefer FTB after a certain point.
Fighting: Go for it. It'll probably be a very unfair fight, though, I mean, look at him.
Injuries: Sure, so long as they aren't serious maiming/dismemberment.
Killing: No, not unless it's somehow completely unavoidable.
